Microcrystalline wax

Microcrystalline wax is refined hydrocarbons, it has a complex molecular (branched) structure offers excellent oil binding properties and efficient crystal modification in other base waxes.

Our microcrystalline waxes are produced as primary products, not by-products. It makes sure our waxes quality steadfast.

The grades vary in hardness and melting point, all grade are white color and low oil content. The hardness of our standard waxes ranges from 15 to 100 on the ASTM D-1321 needle penetration test, and the melting point is from 140°F (60°C) to 210°F (99°C) on the ASTM ASTM D-938 Congealling Point.

Softer grades are malleable; tacky and flexible, making them ideal for adhesive and laminating applications.

Harder grades are non-brittle and offer melt point enhancement in conjunction with opacity.

Diverse use in applications such as adhesives, candles, packaging, explosives, paints, coatings, oil encapsulation, cosmetics, petrolatums and other wax blends.
